Meet our Business Partners!

PDS’ Business Partners or “Affiliates” are independent consultants who offer their own non-competing consulting services and also deliver PDS products and services to PDS’ clients.  PDS may find and refer potential clients to Business Partners and Business Partners may reciprocate by finding and referring potential clients to PDS.

Consultants interested in PDS’ products and services may start as Business Partners and become Consulting Partners when they want to license and sell PDS' intellectual property in their own consulting practice.  If you are interested in becoming a Business Partner of PDS Group LTD, please contact

Joe Braidish

Joe BraidishJoe is managing principal of his own consulting practice – Boulder, Colorado based Newbridge Services Group, LLC.  He is an adjunct faculty member of the Corporate and Executive Education Center within the Butler University College of Business.  He serves as a business advisor with CTEK, a State of Colorado economic development organization supporting business expansion and economic growth throughout the region – and he is a former advisor to the State of Indiana Small Business Development Center.

Linda Shelor

Linda PhotoLinda has more than 25 years experience as a senior management consultant, instructional designer and adult educator. She specializes in organizational behavior design, implementation and assessments to improve sales and marketing and related customer-focused functions of large organizations. Linda holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration, a Masters Degree in Adult and Community Education, and another Masters in Psychology. Leslie Bobrowsky

Leslie PhotoLeslie Bobrowsky - A talent development and organizational consultant based in New York, Leslie has over 20 years experience designing and delivering tailored educational solutions.  Leslie focuses on communication skills—oral and written, sales training, managing performance, and off-site facilitation. She works with groups and individuals.

Leslie is also a speaker and a writer.  Recent speaking topics include developing professional style, improving staff performance, and “Why Presentations Don’t Work.”  Leslie writes and edits client marketing material and has written articles for consulting industry periodicals.  Her education includes an AB in mathematics and an MA in adult education.
